1 In order to be considered a “Qualified Agent” and become eligible to receive the complimentary leads, an agent must be contracted with AMG and have had a minimum of $500,000 in annuity production within the previous 6 months. A Qualified Agent may receive up to 1000 complimentary leads in a calendar year under this program. AMG reserves the right to alter or discontinue this program at any time.

2 Compliance approval is from Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America. Financial professionals should follow the approval requirements of their other carriers and /or their broker /dealer.
